(1) If a copy of the inspection pass certificate is required, the concerned vehicle owner or manager shall submit an application for a copy of the inspection pass certificate to the relevant office in the format specified in Schedule-45 along with the fee as per Schedule-3.
(2) In relation to the application submitted according to sub-rule (1), the office will give a copy of the examination pass certificate if it is deemed necessary to give a copy of the examination pass certificate according to the request of the applicant.
